Hi, I’m Sarah!
Boy Mom, Oyster Lover, Swiftie, Community Builder, and Functional Health Coach
Why do I do this work?
Because it’s crazy important.
I know firsthand that if you’re always hustling without taking care of yourself, burnout is inevitable. For years, I chased success, ignored my health, and wore my achievements like a badge of honor—until I realized I was running on empty.
Health and wellness don’t look the same for everyone, so I’ve made it my mission to help high-achieving women build resilience and discover their own routine that actually fits their lives. Because you deserve to feel good while you’re doing the work that changes lives. And if you want to keep showing up for that work, your health has to come first.
From Stressed and Anxious to Grounded and Empowered: My Journey to True Well-being
For most of my life, I believed health was defined by the number on the scale. I was thin and active, and that was enough—or so I thought. I lived by the motto “work hard, play hard,” pushing through late nights, fast food, and endless to-do lists. My diet consisted of energy drinks, pizza, salads, fast food, and eating out A LOT, with barely a pause to think about what I was putting into my body. I believed that as long as I was thin, I was healthy.
But my body told a different story. I constantly felt bloated, struggled with painful menstrual cycles, acne, and barely had the energy to keep up with my demanding lifestyle. I was always anxious, always stressed, and always chasing the next accomplishment. Despite doing things that seemed “healthy” on the surface—walking everywhere, playing soccer occasionally—I was running on fumes, and it was becoming clear that something had to change.
My wake-up call came when I decided to experiment with changing the way I ate. I started paying attention to food beyond calories and weight and saw a world of difference. I became fascinated by the concept of “food as medicine” and wanted to dive deeper. This curiosity drove me to further my education in functional nutrition, where I deepened my understanding of the body’s intricate systems and how food and lifestyle could support it. With simple, intentional changes, I healed my gut, regulated my hormones, and transformed symptoms I once thought I’d be stuck with forever.
I learned that true health wasn’t about restriction or perfection; it was about making choices that supported my body’s natural ability to heal, while still enjoying the things I loved.
From Physical Wellness to Emotional Resilience
Feeling better physically was just the beginning. As I healed my body, I started to see the limitations of my mindset and emotional health. The habits and beliefs I’d held onto for so long—perfectionism, overachievement, and the relentless drive to be “enough”—began to surface in new ways. I doubted my abilities, struggled with imposter syndrome, and felt an overwhelming pressure to deliver more, do more, and be more. It became clear that I couldn’t fully show up for others until I healed those parts of myself.
That’s when I discovered the power of emotional resilience work and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). I realized that I’d spent years basing my self-worth on what I accomplished, and if I wanted to truly help others, I needed to believe in myself first. EFT became a powerful tool for me, allowing me to release old patterns, and find a sense of inner calm I hadn’t felt before.
Today, I’m passionate about helping other driven high achievers who find themselves in a similar place. I know the cycle of pushing too hard, feeling constantly “on,” and neglecting your well-being because you don’t have enough time. I understand the weight of perfectionism and the exhaustion that comes with always needing to do more. But I also know that there’s another way.
Through functional health coaching and EFT, I guide my clients to reconnect with their bodies, build resilience, and find freedom from the patterns that lead to burnout. Together, we’ll reframe the stories that say you have to keep pushing, help you embrace the value in rest and self-care, and remind you that you are enough exactly as you are.
You deserve to feel good—physically and emotionally. My goal is to support you in implementing simple yet powerful changes that make a real impact on your health, and to help you rewire the belief that you need to be doing more into a deep-seated confidence that you are enough.
